Shipping Policy

Once package is shipped, Tiny Fo Clothing Co. is not held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We use the address that was provided during checkout. For any shipping issues, please be sure to contact your local Canada Post for any information on your package. If you chose local delivery option and you have problems with your package please contact us directly. After your package(s) have been shipped you will receive your tracking number via email. Any packages not locally delivered or pickup are up to the customer to file a claim with Canada Post.

Upgrading Your Shipping

Please select the correct shipping method you need at checkout (shipping times are after the approximated 5-7 business day processing time). Priority shipping time is usually 1-3 days depending on your location and Priority Express shipping time is 1-2 days 

Shipping Charges

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process If for ANY reason the information is NOT correct please email tinyfocreationz@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing order with the email subject line "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number). Failure to do so will result in additional shipping fees.

Return Policy

At Tiny Fo Clothing Co, we want to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with your products. We are currently NOT accepting returns, but do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery date shown on shipment tracking. No exceptions will be made. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned for up to 3 DAYS after delivery. 

Exchanges

Please contact us at tinyfocreationz@gmail.com DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST. Once approved and we receive your item(s) in original condition (unwashed or unworn), with original tags, we will offer a store credit with dollar amount in which it was purchased for. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return their item. Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving the item(s) to be processed. Items purchased on SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for exchange or return.

Damaged + Defective Items

If you do receive a defective item, please send tinyfocreationz@gmail.com a message within 3 DAYS to inform us of any issues. If we are NOT notified within 3 days it will no longer qualify for an exchange. Please include a photo of the damaged/defective item in your email. Tiny Fo Clothing Co. is not held responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling. 

Different Colour in Photo

The exact colours of tie dye may vary due to varying lenses, lighting, and resolutions. Each tie dye item is hand made and is unique and unlike a similar dyed item. These types of situations do not fall under and qualify as a defect, and the customer will pay return shipping if return to our warehouse is attempted.
